This class is perfect if you're needing a wake-me-up after you get out of bed, in the middle of the day or to recharge after a day of work. Crista moves you through a vinyasa flow but begins with nauli kriya, a cleansing exercise that massages the abdomen and helps invigorate the body. You will move and stretch in this short power flow!

I like Crista's lion face, yogi swats, and shavasana with whole body stretch, and 3 deep sighs. I feel a little taller and straighter after this class.

Crista, thank you so much for your adorable-ness! This class is a very good 22 min wake up routine. Could even use these 22 min to prepare for more yoga if you plan on doing more. Great starter and warmer class. True intermediate difficulty. Thank you!

Great Wake Up; Challenging for Low Back

This was a nice class and I loved the style/energy of the instructor. I did find several of the poses, especially doing hip circles while in plank, too challenging for someone with chronic low back issues and poor core stabilization. I'll need to get stronger before trying this again.
