I’ve been practicing yoga for five years but in this 14 day challenge Figi has unpacked each pose and enabled me to build a firm foundation for my practice. I like some classes so much that I do them several times before moving to the next one. Thank you!

This practice was challenging for me in the transition from dancer's pose to warrior 3. It was a nice practice, but didn't feel as joyful or as satisfying as some of the other practices in this challenge have been. Still had me sweating by the end, though! With more practice, perhaps it will be easier for me.

I am on day ten of the 14 day challenge which is my New Year objective. I have to remind myself it is yoga practice, not yoga perfect. But I am astounded at how much motivated I am to at least try a new pose and how helpful Fiji is in making sure I get there safely and securely. I am a work in progress and thank you Fiji for such a wonderful challenge, I find you to be such a wonderful teacher.

"Move your leg forward into life." Excellent lesson for a yoga class on New Year's Day. I will remember that as I move through the next 364 days of 2019. As always, Fiji, your direction was flawless (even though I stumbled sometimes in the poses) and your pace was perfect.

This is a challenging balancing class and it feels good to be pushed to the edge. Fiji gives such great instructions and she reminds you to also honour where you are today in your practice. She says in the beginning to be present on the mat and let our day to day stuff go and she is so correct. When I do that and really tune into her instructions I am more grounded and even when the pose is challenging I find I am doing the pose, or attempting the pose and then it feels good and brings a smile to my face! Thank you Fiji for all that you did to create this series. You are so creative with the poses. I had never done one of the side stretches like you had us do in the class. It felt so good and I loved trying it in a new way!! Namaste <3

Fantastic stand-alone practice. Chair, twisted chair, dancers, Warrier 3....perfect pace, lovely deep stretches, just the right length for a midday practice. Bookmarking this one! Thank you.

Fiji, you do not let us down! Your clear, gentle, encouraging instruction allows me to be vulnerable and take the risk to push to the whole pose, even if I am wobbly. Thank you for this challenge, as it truly is helping me physically and emotionally stronger.

I am quite surprised how much this second round of the challenge helps me improve. I already like the first time but this time I can really do each class properly and I am loving the feeling of my body getting longer and stronger.

When I first read the description I felt intimidated, and due to illness (stomach flu) put it off a day, breaking my streak during this challenge, alas. I did do some poses and meditation that day so I felt I kept up my daily yoga, just missed out on this practice on my official Day 10. I am glad I did take a break, as I was able to do all but one of these poses and flexibility moves. So rewarding! Thank you Fiji, you are a gem!

Great class, love it! The combinations and pacing are right on the money. I continue to surprise myself with my progress. I never thought I would be able to do even half of the full expression of some of these poses, but hey, I can!

I enjoy every class here. At the beginning it was stressful to be in the pose but been a member since 2 years now and I can tell that doing yoga especially Fiji 's class at least weekly twice in between my other workouts, I have developed that strength to be in the pose and enjoy that pose as Fiji says :). Thank you so much to Fiji and doyogawithme.

this class is my favourite so far.. I practiced day 9 earlier, and wanted more so dived straight into day 10 and I'm so glad I did. it is a class that works every part of the body with the balance poses really helping me appreciate not only how much strength I'm building but more importantly developing that focus in the mind. There is no better way to start the day than with these classes... thank you Fiji.

I love how quickly the time just wooshes by! I am also amazed by the brilliant structure which means that no class feels 'samey' to the others and the variations and transitions seem new and interesting every day, yet I feel I constantly have opportunities to check progress and develop... brilliant. I was feeling a bit sore today and was worried that I might struggle through today's class, but every pose felt wonderful. I can definitely feel the improvement in my twists. The foot balances were my favorite part, with some creative transitions coming into and out of them. This 14 day challenge has been such a blessing. Thank you, Fiji!

what a great class - I couldn't do the last twist /under shoulder position but I love the fact there is alway a halfway. The time does fly by and I look forward to this 20 or 30 each mins of yoga each day for the first time ever. What to do when day 14 is finished?!

When watching this class this morning I felt I wasn't going to manage it, so I procrastinated all day. But finally, I dared coming to the mat, and low and behold! I didn't fall! I wobbled, yes, I had to fumble for support at one point, and I might not have looked as graceful as Fiji, but I managed to catch right foot behind me, even if the left still is a foot away from my hand. The 38 min. flew by! Now, I feel charged and happy! (Also, quite sweaty and a little bit puffed). Namaste!

Today's class again has a great combo of challenges and creative sequences, it's pretty hard not to enjoy the inward focus today - 38 minutes flew by quickly!
