I am on day ten of the 14 day challenge which is my New Year objective. I have to remind myself it is yoga practice, not yoga perfect. But I am astounded at how much motivated I am to at least try a new pose and how helpful Fiji is in making sure I get there safely and securely. I am a work in progress and thank you Fiji for such a wonderful challenge, I find you to be such a wonderful teacher.

"Move your leg forward into life." Excellent lesson for a yoga class on New Year's Day. I will remember that as I move through the next 364 days of 2019. As always, Fiji, your direction was flawless (even though I stumbled sometimes in the poses) and your pace was perfect.

This is a challenging balancing class and it feels good to be pushed to the edge. Fiji gives such great instructions and she reminds you to also honour where you are today in your practice. She says in the beginning to be present on the mat and let our day to day stuff go and she is so correct. When I do that and really tune into her instructions I am more grounded and even when the pose is challenging I find I am doing the pose, or attempting the pose and then it feels good and brings a smile to my face! Thank you Fiji for all that you did to create this series. You are so creative with the poses. I had never done one of the side stretches like you had us do in the class. It felt so good and I loved trying it in a new way!! Namaste <3

The class keeps getting more challenging. I enjoy the increase in difficulty very much. Thank you for giving me the chance to keep pushing me over my limit and improve myself.

Fantastic stand-alone practice. Chair, twisted chair, dancers, Warrier 3....perfect pace, lovely deep stretches, just the right length for a midday practice. Bookmarking this one! Thank you.

Fiji, you do not let us down! Your clear, gentle, encouraging instruction allows me to be vulnerable and take the risk to push to the whole pose, even if I am wobbly. Thank you for this challenge, as it truly is helping me physically and emotionally stronger.

I am quite surprised how much this second round of the challenge helps me improve. I already like the first time but this time I can really do each class properly and I am loving the feeling of my body getting longer and stronger.

Great practice Fiji! Over time, I have developed the courage and the will to face Virabhadrasana III and I am happy that is revealed itself to me today! Thank you for the encouragement you always give during practices!

Oooooh!, great routine. But I need to practice on my balance a bit more to master some of the poses in this routine. Thank you Fiji.
