Movement felt like medicine for me today after a busy 1st week of the year. Balance poses on a lounge carpet always feel that bit more challenging.. in a good way, as it means I focus on avoiding toppling over as much as anything else!

Delicious. Thank you. I just had my first run of the new year, and first in two months. This was the perfect yoga sequence to finish it off with.

This evening I will go to protest the ongoing genocide in Gaza, particularly targeted attacks against doctors and kidnapping of doctor Hussam. I now feel much more rooted in myself and ready to hold space for the grief and rage at what is happening, hopefully without it throwing me totally off kilter.

That twist at the end went deep! Almost made me want to vomit. Hopefully I will be able to soften into it more next time.

Thanks Tracey
