Thank you Tracey, very fun flow! My morning just got better having done that. I just didn't understand how the extended side angle was "out of alignment". Was it because of the wider outside foot? Thanks!

Hi Charlotte, you are absolutely correct :) When we have a wider stance and the front heel does not run a straight line backward to the arch of the back foot ~ we have more space to play inside the hip and open through the side body.
