14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Twelve
Day Twelve is a sweet, short class for those who need a little break during the 14 days of yoga. Fiji still packs it full, with arm and foot balances and many fun standing poses that will help release your body even more, before relaxing in corpse pose at the end of 20 minutes. Thank you Fiji.
This class brings a lot of harmony for body and mind! Looking forward to tomorrow's class!

That was surprisingly hard - my arms felt like jello from yesterday and the pace in the first half felt like warp speed as my achy body tried to catch up.
I think the break was that is was shorter than the other classes.
Nice shoulder opener, upper back stretch, and hamstring stretch.
Thought 20 min class would be a breeze. It was not. Maybe bcs on my feet a great deal at work today ... my toes were achey in some poses. My balance was not great going into warrior 3 with hands at my upper back.
Thank you Fuji, I enjoy your classes. I love the elegance of the sequence. And your voice. Namaste.
