This basically goes through 3 deep hamstring poses. Great way to open hamstrings and lower back

Wonderful. I need to do tutorial on special breathing, but this starts with shivasana then some lovely relaxing back bends and ends again with shivasana. Good way to calm nervous system.

Great yoga flow that does need floor/yoga mat, lots of flowing through warrior poses, plank, cobra, downward dog. Finishes with thread the needle and shivasana

Challenging but doable and easier than barre3. Pulses felt like barre3 so good for strength training and flexibility.

Great sun salutations start warm up by starting with half sun salutations, then sun salutatations then add in lunges etc. Gets HR up in the middle but slows down and ends with shivasana

Another fantastic morning routine. Starts with 5 min meditation. Does wonderful lunge hamstring stretch sequence. No shivasana at end
