Gentle Yoga for Reducing Anxiety

This beginner floor class was designed by Melissa to help you reduce your anxiety and/or stress. She guides you through a safe and thorough practice, with lots of gentle stretching for the whole body. Note: These props are optional but we recommend having a block or something else you can comfortably sit on.
