No matter where you are at in your yoga journey (even if you scoff at the idea of yoga), put this into your repertoire! So effective, so restorative in such a little bit of time. Great for loosening up sore hips/lower back. Much more calming for me to include movement, rather than just holding a stretch. Thank you so much.

This was amazing, Rachel! Some of the deepest stretches for the lower body that I've had in a video.
