I am returning to this practice again within the 7-day inter. challenge. I used to find that T-band stretch difficult but its a breeze now as I focus my breathing on the t-band itself.

What a lovely class, so relaxing and at the same time some good work done. Loved it. I would only ask for instruction on a specific leg instead of saying any leg - it's just a bit discombobulating - sometimes I forget which leg I have done !!

I cnnot see why this should be labelled intermediate, it seems definitely beginner to me.
Yes, now that we have added different Beginner levels, I believe this fits better as a Beginner II class. I'll make the change now. Thanks!
I would agree, this is a beginner II practice. Even though I know Melissa is a beginner teacher, I would love to see more of Melissa in Inter I and Inter II practices.

I am a "newer" yoga teacher and I will be using some of Melissa's style for a morning class I will be teaching.
It is intentional, thorough, and easy going. You will really enjoy this when you do not need a power practice.

This is one of my / our go to Favorite classes for a well balanced and paced flow class! For months now, 3 of us meet on the mat at 7:30 virtually to do yoga and have done several challenges including your challenge as well. This class has always been a real favorite! I love Melissa! So down to earth, gentle, calming and forgiving. I love how she has a “if you can’t quite do that then do this” approach in all her classes. I’m in my 50s & a bit arthritic so her gentle pace really feels great.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was such a wonderful class, thank you! Can you tell me during the “intense” pose where the leg is outstretched and we twist what exactly we are stretching please? Is that IT band or something else?

Love all your classes... they help me to get back into yoga after my itinerant life settles down every few months.
Just wish there was a free class from you for 50+ mins that includes some more twists & floor work... bit disruptive to have to cobble together from the free range of shorter classes on offer.

I love all of Melissa’s classes. Her cues are gentle but guiding, her flow is perfect for me, and her voice is soothing. I just completed this class for the first time and it was perfect for getting the “cricks and cranks” out of my body after being on vacation for a week. I will definitely be doing this class frequently!
Not sure how you got that raven to call in the middle of Savasana but it’s very cool
My second time and I feel I will get more reward each time I visit this class. Your voice and thoughtful cues make the time fly by so fast. I felt ease in my poses. I have terribly tight hamstrings and needed thise stretches desperately. Love the lenghtened savasana, a treat.
