Thanks Melissa. I am new to yoga and your instruction is calm and gracious. I can't believe how relaxed and happy my body feels after each practice. Your invitations to softness and acceptance of the whole self are so healing. Thank you.

This has become a go to class. A great blend of stretching and twisting with a bit of challenge.
Perfect for today - a dreary rainy afternoon
Thank you

My mat was callibg me today! in the process of moving, yoga fell a little down on my priority list. Big mistake. This class was what I needed to make me aware how good these sessions - despite everything else - are for me. Melissa, thanks for a wonderful c lass.

I love the pace and strength-building.. Get ready to hold those chair poses and twisting lunges!

I am returning to this practice again within the 7-day inter. challenge. I used to find that T-band stretch difficult but its a breeze now as I focus my breathing on the t-band itself.

What a lovely class, so relaxing and at the same time some good work done. Loved it. I would only ask for instruction on a specific leg instead of saying any leg - it's just a bit discombobulating - sometimes I forget which leg I have done !!
Feeling a lot more relaxed now.
