I am returning to this practice again within the 7-day inter. challenge. I used to find that T-band stretch difficult but its a breeze now as I focus my breathing on the t-band itself.

What a lovely class, so relaxing and at the same time some good work done. Loved it. I would only ask for instruction on a specific leg instead of saying any leg - it's just a bit discombobulating - sometimes I forget which leg I have done !!
Feeling a lot more relaxed now.
