It’s true that correct body posture helps the spine, while incorrect body posture starts creating problem with the passage of time. Therefore, I recommend my friends to click here and get the best advise that helps preventing heath issues due to incorrect posture.

Hi Melissa
I started your classes ( and others) on here a few months ago and started to feel really good but then became lazy again etc. However I have just done this class to 'get me going' again and I feel amazing - I have Scoliosis and this class feels particularly great for me in every way. Thankyou SO much and I will pay some money soon!
