I love this class! I have frequent Migraine attacks and I work at a desk. This really helps stretch out my neck and shoulders. I feel more relaxed and mindful of my whole body after this class. Thank you, Satiya, for another gem!

Very relaxing and enjoyable for the neck and shoulders but why is it marked intermediate? This is definitely beginner level.
