I've been extremely I'll and am finally on the mend. I engaged in this practice today and it was just perfect. So gentle and soothing.

Very relaxing and enjoyable for the neck and shoulders but why is it marked intermediate? This is definitely beginner level.

But good to get us Intermediates also into basic oh-so-yummy stretches.
Very relaxing class, however not sure why it it considered intermediate.
