Ever since quarantine started and I had to work from home I started having problems with my hands, wrists and shoulders. This series had been a god-send in helping me nurse them back to health. And this video is so great because it's super short so even on days when I'm feeling kinda lazy I can always find enough energy to at least to this one. Thank you so much David.
