Yoga for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Maintenance

Beginner I
This is the perfect class to do daily, or even many times a day, if you want to avoid getting carpal tunnel syndrome or are hoping to heal it or prevent it from getting worse. David teaches you how to release the most important muscles quickly and effectively, and use strength and stretch to maintain the flexibility and range of motion in your fingers, hands and wrists.

Where was this class when I had all my wrist issues? I am pleased to have it now though.

Ever since quarantine started and I had to work from home I started having problems with my hands, wrists and shoulders. This series had been a god-send in helping me nurse them back to health. And this video is so great because it's super short so even on days when I'm feeling kinda lazy I can always find enough energy to at least to this one. Thank you so much David.

Really great class! Short enough to realistically do every day. I am 27 and work on a computer all day every day and am starting to get pain in my right wrist consistently. This class and this series have been the first to give me relief. Thanks David!!

Nice stretches for wrists and helpful to me, as a person who uses the computer a lot and have had previous tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome.

You’ve done it again David! The first video you made helped me so much, through doing it regularly I’m able to work on ashtanga half-series. The release brought by this new video is amazing. Looking forward to doing it regularly. Thank you so much

This video is such a great format - short and effective. I'm a big fan of the Carpal Tunnel videos, and it's really great to have one in a super compact format, as I often do them in addition to other routines. Thanks David!
