The most thorough instruction I have ever received for back bends. Often find back bends a strain, now I know exactly what I should be doing, hopefully I can start to incorporate these into regular sessions and improve my back strength.

Great class to return to, even with years of practice. Especially for sitting all day, after an injury, or just to return to alignment techniques.

Love the series, unfortunately this is one I cannot do. Laying on my stomach makes my lower back so angry. I will keep going and maybe one day I can come back and try again!
