Really feel in my lower back
Nice.
Always a great idea to get back to basics after injury, to rehabilitate, if possible. I've sprained a muscle in my lower back, right side, after struggling to balance in Dancer pose. The pain also seems to come from somewhere in the max glute, so it's difficult to identify which muscles to focus on & what stretches to do to relieve & rehabilitate. This routine could help. Thank you, David, for your thoughtful and helpful efforts to promote a safe practice.
