Standing only. Only 1 twist so easy to modify for disc problem. no need for a mat either.

Great class. Only 1 dd which was easy. Very little wrist work. Only 1 spinal twist--I did a bridge. Few Forward Folds. Very easy to adapt.

Challenging but very helpful. Not too much wrist work ot twists. Faster tthan gan others i have done so far.

lovely. no dd. some wrist work which is adaptable.

Faster than Guy's Seniors classes. SEveral DD which were easily changed to dolphins. Good balancing. More challenging. enjoyed it.

A few DDs but managable. Several planks and push ups which I did from my elbows. Otherwise, great. Lots of excersie!
