I'm feeling so much gratitude for you, David. Maybe some people were able to keep moving during Covid, but I just got lazy and stiff. At my age, it's harder to get function back than I realized! This is the perfect re-opening for me and my practice, going forward into a bright 2021. Namaste.
This was just right for me after a long day., I found the class gentle and slow but also very enjoyable. I had never tried the bent leg/straight leg out balance before, that was interesting. Thank you David!

Great stretching. Just what I needed today.
This has been the most useful class yet, except maybe for yoga nidra for sleep which was a godsend. I've need to stretch those muscles as well as to develop balance. This was perfect. Thank you.
I love the progression of this challenge. I'm starting to understand how to back off from my edge and relax into the poses, what a difference it makes! Excellent class.

Great stretches for hips!
I loved this class. I was reluctant to take a seniors class (though I am one and more), but in the end my body was tingling from the energy I put in and yet I felt relaxed and happy and centered. Thank you!
Thoughtful and calm practice. I enjoyed the pace to dig deeply into the poses and the stretching. I felt my whole body engaged in the way we entered into warrior and wow, the leg stretching with strap dug into my tight IT band. I always have trouble with trikonasana, but not today. Thank you for this.
