If you have sensitive wrists, this is the class for you! The bulk of this practice is on the feet, exploring a series of flowing movements and classic asanas like Warrior 2 and Triangle. Helen makes sure to guide you through the entire class without putting any weight on your hands.

I love this class! My hands have been very sore lately and this class really helps. It is the right amount of flow and stretch. I love the relaxing stretches at the end with the bolster. Thank you so much!
This class feels so good. I don't always want a strong/power class, sometimes I just want to move stagnant energy and stretch a little. This class is perfect for that. It features a sweet energy moving flow, a couple nice wide legged forward bends and a nice stretchy pyramid.
I LOVE this practice! It's great to find a modified practice that is challenging and energising. Thank you so much for a great start to my weekend 💕
I have repetitive stress injuries in my hands. And when they flare up, I like to do wrist free flows to stay active. But normally I find a lot of wrist free flows to be quite... easy. Not a lot of challenge. But this class fired me up like crazy! What a great wrist free practice!!! So much movement!
Came to this class at the start of a three month 'stay at home' restriction in the UK. Yoga got me through the last covid lockdown but this time I have a wrist injury so can't do yoga as I usually would . This class from Helen was a great find, it includes some turning of the wrist that is easily avoided but no poses that put weight on the wrist. Thank you
Great class! I am a kind of curvy person, but I don't generally identify as "plus size" and I wondered if this class would be right for me. It certainly is! I loved the flow and Helen's joy. I tried this class because I am trying to give my wrist a break, but I plan to come back to it many times in the future, even after my wrist is fully healed. Thank you.

This is my favorite routine so far! Thank you so much Helen. I really appreciate the whole DYWM program.
Wonderful video. This practice is like a ritual for me now. Thank you Helen!
Love that Golden Seed flow!
Another excellent class with Helen! Thank you for creating classes that are accessible to different body types. Helen is quickly becoming one of my favorite instructors here at DYWM.
Great class, thank you!
Helen--
Thank you for the wonderful class! I am just coming back to yoga at this time while recovering from Achilles surgery. This was relaxing while just enough challenge. I can't wait to do more!
Wonderful. thankyou. Any wrist free intermediate classes?
Yes, there's this one: https://www.doyogawithme.com/content/power-yoga-wrist-injuries
I recently fell and injured my hands. I have been trying to modify my usual practice. I was very happy to find this wrist free sequence! I enjoyed it!
I'm so glad! I hope that your hands heal soon and until then, keep it wrist free with me. :)
I joined DYWM just to try this subscriber only class and I was not disappointed!! Thanks so much. This is exactly what my sensitive wrists need. I so appreciate the wrist friendly classes. I agreed with a previous commentator that the audio mixing is great. The pacing is also excellent and pushed me as a beginner. I really enjoyed this class.
I'm so happy to hear this and thank you so much for taking the leap to try this class! Take good care of your wrists and don't by shy about modifying in other practices so that you can move in a way that feels good for your body. Thanks for taking the time to comment!! :)
Helen, thank you so much for your classes. Somehow I am able to stay connected to my breath in your practices like I never have before. Also, props to the person who mixes the audio. The waves and your voice are out front in the mix at the perfect times.
You are very welcome and I'm so happy that you are connecting to your breath. It's not always easy and it's so key. I'll also take credit for the sound mixing...even though I had nothing to do with it :) Thank you for taking the time to comment. Keep enjoying your practice!
Thanks for a great class. Trying to get back into a routine and this was a wonderful first class back.
You are very welcome and welcome back to your routine! Keep enjoying yourself and be easy on those days where the routine falls by the wayside. Happy to be a part of your day and thank you for taking the time to comment!
Excellent class! I enjoyed the teacher's delivery, very positive and down to earth, clear, concise directions. I needed a class to ease back into daily practice that didn't put weight on my arm after bike wreck and surgery to repair broken collar bone and elbow. This is just the ticket! Thank you!
Thank you so much for your comment and I'm so happy to hear that you are healing after your accident! I also love the term "just the ticket!", so thanks for making my day with that one. :) Keep on taking care of yourself as you continue to heal and grow stronger. All the best!
Hi Helen, I've been struggling with RSI in my hands and wrists recently, and I was gutted not to be able to do my usual DYWM practices. I'm so pleased to have found this lovely class. I will be coming back to it regularly! I enjoyed it all, but I particularly love finding new flows like the one you do here. Thank you!
Hi! I'm so happy that this worked for you. I went through a period where I couldn't put weight on my wrist and this flow was a game changer for me, so it thrills me that it has served you in the same way. Take good care of your hands and wrists and be patient (so challenging!!!) while allowing yourself to heal. Thanks for taking the time to comment!
This is my new favorite class! Thanks so much!
Yaaaaay! This is my new favorite comment, so thank YOU! :) So glad you enjoyed it and thank you for taking the time to comment. Keep enjoying your practice!
Awesome class! Thank you Helen.
You are very welcome!! :D
