In this super-slow flow practice, Guy focuses on bringing your attention to your inner sensations and experiences – a process known as “interoception”. You will flow through a beginner sequence of standing and reclining poses, following your own inner intelligence as your main guide in each pose. Note: It is recommended that you use a block and a blanket for kneeling poses, but these props are optional.

Equipment: Block, Blankets

Perfect for an end of the week, wine of a dreary rainy day. I loved the soft slowness of this practice. Thank you

I loved the easy pace of this class and Guy's "no rush" approach. Even though it was slow, I felt that I did a lot and it was just right for an end of the day practice. Thank you Guy!

oh, so nice.

I felt a bit off colour after a very hot day at work and this helped me to settle. Guy has such a calming peaceful voice. Thank you

A nice slow practice, it felt almost trance like by the end. Thank you Guy!

Thank you SO much! Had been taking it easy due to a bone bruise so this was a perfect gentle practice.
