In this super-slow flow practice, Guy focuses on bringing your attention to your inner sensations and experiences – a process known as “interoception”. You will flow through a beginner sequence of standing and reclining poses, following your own inner intelligence as your main guide in each pose. Note: It is recommended that you use a block and a blanket for kneeling poses, but these props are optional.

I loved the easy pace of this class and Guy's "no rush" approach. Even though it was slow, I felt that I did a lot and it was just right for an end of the day practice. Thank you Guy!
