In this super-slow flow practice, Guy focuses on bringing your attention to your inner sensations and experiences – a process known as “interoception”. You will flow through a beginner sequence of standing and reclining poses, following your own inner intelligence as your main guide in each pose. Note: It is recommended that you use a block and a blanket for kneeling poses, but these props are optional.

This class is right on for any of us who have joint and back pain. The flow is gentle yet focused enough to feel a good stretch. Nice practice for in between the more faster tempo yoga practices. Thanks Guy

Guy provided a smooth, soft practice. This is a nice practice to become more aware of what is going on inside and to take it easy , as he even states, with the "form " of the poses. A couple of poses I have not done/have not done in a long time.

Lovely lesson with a great relaxing pace. A nice way to ease myself back into practice after a lull. So relaxing - I love that there is no music which allows me to relax further, go deeper and focus more on the yoga lesson. I love the chimes as well. Thank you Guy.
