This class really helped to build strength in the arms. This is one of my favs and saved in my Practice Studio. I really love how the Practice Studio works. I can save classes in my own way fitting my own needs, whether its because of an injury or just because I love a particular teacher. This new website is excellent.
Fantastic Class
I'm not a flow yoga gal but this video helped me understand it and appreciate it better without wanting to stop. Thanks for mixing poses with sun salutations. I feel so much better in my body!
