I'm not a flow yoga gal but this video helped me understand it and appreciate it better without wanting to stop. Thanks for mixing poses with sun salutations. I feel so much better in my body!

Your the best David! When this whole COVID lockdown is over, it would be great to meet you at a yoga retreat someday. Maybe down at Mar de Jade, Mexico, partnering up with In Bloom Yoga or another DYWM teacher.

What a wonderful class. I loved the standing work, the back bends and the shoulder openings, also the outdoor setting. Thank you David I am sure I will take this again. James

Hi David,

It has taken me nearly 3 months of daily work to get to the point where I felt strong enough to attempt this class, and it was an amazing experience now that I have done it. I have learned so much from you, ever since I first found that video of yoga for anxiety and depression which you made, and which I have gone through during tough times. Today, I feel a wonderful sense of accomplishment and I just wanted to say... thank you. The relaxation at the end of this class, in particular, was beautiful. You have such a gentle, calming voice. This class is amazing.
