Although I was very tired when I began this session, I felt my tension melt away with each stretch . I feel better now and more relaxed.

The balance work was helpful and I enjoyed side twisting using the chair for support and adding to the stretch.

That was wonderful, great to end a day. I just wish I had my eye cushion handy for resting at the end. I thought Namaste meant I salute the divine in you.

Had a problem with the audio today. After a minute or so it would make a "fluttering" sound when David spoke. I had to stop the video and start it again several times. Restarting would solve the problem for a few minutes and then his words would become garbled again. I've not had this issue with any of the other videos on this site.
