Are you feeling agitated or irritable and needing a break from yourself? In this gentle beginner practice, Guy helps you to use simple, slow and mindful movements to bring yourself to a place of calm and equanimity. This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as part of Guy's series on sustaining lifelong wellness through yoga. Note: It is recommended that you use a bolster or chair for elevating your hips while sitting.
