In this slow flow class, Guy shows you how to apply the basics of balancing, from weight shifting and distribution, through to single-leg balances. Wonderful class with Guy! I struggle with balance because of some nerve damage in my left foot so this was incredibly helpful (and gentle which I need). I will be doing this class again.

Enjoyed this class very much: the pace, the poses, and learning some of the basics about balance. Learned several new things--thanks. Also, serendipitously, the class turned out to be wrist friendly!! I have injured both wrists and am always looking for classes which place very little stress on the hands or wrists. (Has DYWM considered something like a legend or coding system, similar to restaurant menus? WF for This Class is Wrist Friendly, etc? Or labels so that when I search for wrist friendly classes, these would pop up? Just a thought.)

Enjoyed Guy's presentation and teaching style--and the fact that he 'fell' out of a pose prematurely :) Made me feel better about my wobbles.

Thanks for the feedback. I love the idea. Labelling classes is really complicated - all you need to do is imagine all of the potential limitations that people might have. We will be attempting to make this easier, though, by expanding our search filters. Those will be ready sometime in February.
