v helpful for balancing

very good all round practice

i found the yang (first part) of the practice particularly challenging, so this would be a good one to do after I've built up more strength and flexibility

Good balance between relaxation and effort. Would be good session for the evening before bed

done 27-10-2020. I found it really tough. Cranky left knee, plus feet and hamstrings kept cramping. Could do sun sequences but not balances. One to work on! Lots of useful info re breathing. Need to work on that too!

really tough but good. Doing this sequence without legs shaking plus managing balances would be an achievement!

good stretches if have shoulder or neck problem but be gentle

variation on leg in the air stretch but for different muscle. Good for hips, back, leg

good relatively short practice. mainly twists and stretches with some strengthening poses

really good class but still struggle to balance and half moon pose is a long way away from being possible. hips cramp, can´t balance, not strong enough (Nov 8 2020)

Brilliant short but tough class focused on core strength. Felt like an exercise routine! Worth stretching hamstrings prior to class as mine kept cramping making some poses impossible

tough but invigorating class

i found this quite a tough class but def worth doing again

nice gentle intro to Hatha slow flow by the ocean. good to recommend to people interested in trying out yoga

this was too tough for me to complete on 16/2/2021 but def one to aspire to completing! very good workout
