I could not keep my balance in the balancing poses. Any suggestions on classes for strengthening my balance? I’m doing this as part of the 30 day Transforming Your Life Challenge.

Hi Tina,

Balancing poses are challenging for us all and come easier during some practices than others! There are a few hints that can help, first is drishti or a solid gaze point on the floor ahead of you. When the eyes dance around so does our body! Tracey also has a great practice working on this aspect of practice:

The whole class felt like a warm wave rolling over my body. I didn't need to apply any force or pressure, but just marveled at all sensations while my muscles were contracting and stretching. Wonderful!
