Beginner I

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 7 - Full Body Integration in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. In this class, you will integrate everything you've learned along with some familiar poses and a few fun ones!

You're teaching is superb, clear, and just the right amount of challenge as I slowly find my way back to my practice after a year of isolation. Melissa, great class, Thanks! - I bought beginner and beyond (7 lessons) 2 months ago. for 26$ -with Paypal. My iPad crashed and the videos are lost. Is there a way to download this again. Or do I have to buy it again? Thanks for your help.

Melissa, thank you for making it possible to get back on the mat. I've been doing yoga for over 30 years, but changes with work interrupted my practice. I turned 60 this year and could feel stiffness creeping in. So with your help, I'm back.
I love these classes. They make it pleasant to wake up and get moving. Also, it's nice to break away from the basic Sun Salutation variations as my old habits tend to kick in. Again, thank you.

All the way from Edinburgh, Scotland, I just want to thank you for all of your classes. I'm gradually working my way through them and I appreciate your calm manner and non judgmental tone! I'm almost 70 and a total beginner. Your bend and stretch class is marvellous and I've really enjoyed the 7 day challenge. Hi Melissa! I just wanted to leave this note to say how much I enjoyed this 7 day challenge. I finished it last week and did the classes in the mornings before my work day. Simple all over stretch, and yet so great and effective. I loved the layering each day and your guidance. It is often very good to "go back to the basics" as they say (and beyond). The length of each class was perfect to do in the busy mornings when strapped for time. I look forward to practicing with you again in person one day! Thank you Melissa and Do yoga with me!

Thanks very much! I really felt good about doing yoga and being consistent to finish all 7 days. The idea of a challenge is an excellent motivator. Feeling like I'm just getting started, I will do this challenge again. I really like Melissa's instructions, so clear and easy to follow. I know I need to keep working on remembering to breathe completely through the core.
