This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 7 - Full Body Integration in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. In this class, you will integrate everything you've learned along with some familiar poses and a few fun ones!

Hello! This is very similar to another practice I can't seem to find again. Where "five little pulses" are done in a standing side stretch, and on the floor with opposite hands and legs. Can you please direct me to that practice? Thx.
