Enjoyed this class. It’s an excellent way to ease back into your routine after a break. I like it that Melissa talks less. Some talk too much that I feel more tired and overwhelmed just listening to so much instruction. Less is more.

gorgeous class Melissa thank you so much, from london, needing those waves these days more than ever. serenity now. namaste

Such a calming and relaxing class - Melissa thank you. Great way to start the program. Excellent idea to make the music available to those who wish to have music, I choose not to so I appreciate the choice. Looking forward to day 2.

Wonderful slow flow with Melissa’s reliably calming teaching style. The tweeting birds, the waves breaking on the pebbly shore and the Olympics peeking through the clouds in the distance make for a very zen practice.
