A Whole Body Relaxation

In this short and sweet guided relaxation with Josh, we will walk through the entire body and encourage relaxation and rejuvenation. Note: A bolster or cushion is optional for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 5 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.
