A Whole Body Relaxation

Beginner I

In this short and sweet guided relaxation with Josh, we will walk through the entire body and encourage relaxation and rejuvenation. Note: A bolster or cushion is optional for this practice.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 5 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

I would really love to see more classes with Josh. It's very sad, but I find irritating most female voices (including my own); I guess it's because they're hight pitched, in general. But Josh's voice feels incredibly soothing and grounded, and doesn't distract me while practising. I can bear most male voices, or deeper voices in general and that's why appreciate so much that this site gets more male teachers, or offers more classes from them.
