This is a great beginner strength and stretch sequence for the shoulders. Melissa guides you through proper alignment while strengthening the arms and shoulders in a wide range of movements. Filmed on the beach on a warm, overcast day, this class is sure to keep you focused.

Comment not for publishing! I think you may have accidentally tagged this as Intermediate 1 when it probably is meant to be Beginner 1. Both title and content/nature of this class are extremely accessible to beginners.

Nice shoulder and back opener for after a tough, weight workout.
Ending is a bit odd - corpse pose to namaste but overall , nice practice.

Beautiful practice as always, Melissa.
I woke up this morning with a pain in the front of my shoulder, probably the way I slept, so this was good and gentle, and your repeated reminders were excellent for me. It‘s what yoga has always been about for me. It‘s neither a competition down here on the mat, nor shame or blame for the way I look or feel. Namaste!

I'm having some shoulder and arm issues while on a long motorcycletrio and this practice was great to keep my shoulders moving before getting back on the bike.

super easy, & my shoulders feel so relaxed & great, I cay most of my tension in my shoulders & always need a practice focus on them just to relieve everything. thanks!

I have minimal shoulder strength and appreciate the multiple modifications presented in this flow. I didn't feel like there was anything wrong with me even though I couldn't do a bent knee push-up - you had a modification for that! Thank you so much. Now I can get stronger instead of injuring myself!
