This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 - Basics and Breath in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. This is a gentle, full body practice that teaches you basic yoga positions and how to connect your breath to your core. It also introduces you to the different shapes that you will work into throughout this challenge.

I loved the practice but I felt dizzy during the practice and after the practice. Did anyone else feel like that? I mean is it normal?

Thanks Melissa. Now in quarantine, this is perfect as it is very similar to my regular teacher's practice.
