Basics and Beyond : Balance

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 - Balance in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. In this gentle but strong class, Melissa teaches you how to balance on your feet and on all-fours using your breath, core and leg strength.

Balancing tutorials were wonderful. Thank you for the tip to use a block/bottle. Movement with intent, so you get your mind off the "balancing" and just do it to reach something. Brilliant idea. Always love your calm approach to teaching, I'm sure I'll be coming back to this one, so balancing will get easier.
