Great class. A bit of hard work but short. Good if followed by Vinyasa for Lower Back Care: Stability

Great class that starts off with really fast moves where I get frustrated that they're rushing through and I hardly get time to get into the pose and it's into the next one BUUUUT it's a really good class. The yin at the end is really good after the fast start.
Good class. All about the back - some good back stretches, bends and strength exercises.
Excellent, really enjoyed this class! My ass and between my shoulder blades hurt the next day. Yeah!
The BEST class to do after a hike. It stretches the hip flexors and legs and is WONDERFUL!! Absolutely LOVED it. A must do after every tramping trip.
