Perfect short option for post-work transition to home. This was a great and realistic option to help me get out of “work mode“ and into “mom mode“ in a positive way. Helped me slow down my brain, let go of my work thoughts and stress, and focus on being intentional with the rest of my evening at home with my family. I will be coming back to this practice often during busy work weeks!
