Good balancing practice as I am facing real challenge in balancing.

this session helping be to be aware of my lower back and how to communicate the core muscels.

great session to feel my hips and strengthen my lower back.

Gentle but effective . works with the whole body even though focusing on the lower back.

this practice conclude all the 2 weeks challenge, however, there is a need for me to go back to some of the daily practices.

This slow session handling every part of the body with focouse on the spine. its a very healing session while working gently with the spine.
