A lovely slightly longer class with Guy. Great cues make it easy to keep focusing on the shoulders.
Loved this class! Helped me focus on the basics and still get a little challenge on the strength side. Love the bell at the beginning and end :-)
So lovely. Thanks Guy
That felt so good. I’m recovering from an injury and the stretches and movement made a difference.
Thank you
I’m a kindergarten teacher who has had to teach online this year and it’s been so hard on my neck and shoulders to sit and stare at my students instead of sitting on the floor with them like I usually do. This class really helps me feel better! Namaste
After shovelling snow and skipping yoga yesterday, this one was much appreciated!
I always come back to this class when my shoulders and neck feel needy;) I just did not find yet another class so effective!
Thank you very much!
I enjoyed the class. Great stretch and flow. But what are the eyes of the elbows? I didn’t understand that part.
Hi there! Glad you enjoyed the class. “Eyes of the elbows” refers to the inner side of the elbow joint. The creases can sometimes look like eyes. :-)
Keep practicing! Guy
. So grateful to find this class on shoulder strength and stability. Thank you. Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
I have taken this class 2-3 times now and find the slow flow is perfect for the evening. It feels great to give my shoulders some attention. Thank you Guy!
Such a lovely start to the day, I so enjoyed this class. Thank you!
Thank you - a very insightful practice for the shoulders, and the pace was just right!
Great shoulder movement! My body really likes this practice. I am 6 month out from shoulder surgery and it’s so good to be able to move in all directions again. The ocean sounds assist my breathing as well. Thanks Guy; a nice practice and your voice is very calming.
Doing this lesson for the third time as part of the 14 day challenge. Great lesson, thank you. Definitely my favourite instructor.
I loved this practice so much. Thank you!
Love spending time with Guy! Such an amazing teacher!
Second time around - great class. Thank you.
Love the "eyes of the elbows" prompts!
A new favourite. Bookmarked! Thanks Guy.
This is a great and gentle flow that kept me engaged and helped me “feel” my shoulders. A lovely practice for when you want a flow but not necessarily the strenuous workout that accompanies a flow practice. My shoulders feel exercised, my body feels stretched, and I’m not feeling like I worked too hard.
I'm currently trying to recover from back and shoulder injuries. I've done this class twice now and it's really helping. It's great to have something to turn to when my body isn't up to more vigorous practice. Thank you DYWM for catering for all abilities.
Great focused and grounding class. Shoulders feel well 'oiled' and integrated now.
Giggled at "I think I need another one"n and loved the cute & very effective Gecko pose.
Bookmarked and shall be revisited.
Thanks Guy!
Guy is such a great teacher/guide through a practice. I really needed this practice for my shoulders after a really intense shoulder workout in the weight room yesterday. You will love this practice - male and female alike!!!!
This is a lovely stretch for the shoulders. Thanks, Guy!
