Wonderful flow. Just what my sore shoulder needed.
Thank you Guy. I have some rotator cuff damage and this class has certainly improved the pain and helped a lot with mobility. I'm going to carry on doing it as much as I can as it seems better than the physiotherapy I've been getting.
I love this class. My shoulders feel open and relaxed after a long day at a desk. This might be my favorite Slow Flow yet.
