This meditation is a bless for mind and body relaxation, Jennifer has a calm soothing voice which guides us nicely to fall asleep and wake up feeling renewed. She has been my bed time friend for a while.

Each of the yoga nidra practices in this playlist are exceptional. I have practiced nidra regularly for many years and have very rarely come across a guide as astute as Jen Piercy. From her voice to her dialogue, she weaves an intriguing blend of multiple lineages of nidra into her own signature style. I very much appreciate the balance of guidance and silence and the quality of these recordings is very good.

Sleep at last

After a sleepless night last night I meditated today with this and then I managed to drop off for a nap. I love Jennifer's voice which low, clear and restful, and the unusual images which seemed to chime in very intuitively with my own relaxation process. Many thanks for this lovely gift.

I absolutely loved this meditation. I put off trying it for awhile but glad I finally did it. I loved when you had us look forward to the end of life and what we would want our life to have looked like and then compare it to where it is now. It's a great reminder of what is really important. Mine: being giving, loving, and bringing others with me on the wellness journey. I love my my ladies at wellness with Amanda (wellnesswithamanda.com). I have to constantly keep in the forefront of my mind, it's not what they can do for me but what I can do for them. Thanks for the reminder!
