This intermediate practice with Josh is perfect for anyone who has stiff or tight shoulders. He guides you through a gentle, hatha yoga class with mindful movement designed to give you more shoulder mobility. Some therapeutic/rehabilitation movements will also be included.

Thank you for this fantastic class. In Feb I finished PT for a broken humerus. Been practicing this on a regular basis since to help keep my shoulders juicy, and will continue to do so. Much appreciation for your time in designing this practice!

Thanks Josh! I am almost 5 weeks post rotator cuff repair surgery and could do all of this with the exception of the weight bearing downward dogs. Super excited! Will continue with this one for awhile to help with movement. Most appreciated.
