Shoulder Mobility
This intermediate practice with Josh is perfect for anyone who has stiff or tight shoulders. He guides you through a gentle, hatha yoga class with mindful movement designed to give you more shoulder mobility. Some therapeutic/rehabilitation movements will also be included.

I love this class after doing a flow or power class. l have an old injury that gives me a lot of pain and ugly grinding in one shoulder. I will keep coming back to see if these exercises help. The flossing and pec stretch are great! Thank you Josh!
Great 20 minutes for the shoulders with Josh, especially the pec stretch where you roll onto the shoulder.
