In this hatha yoga class with Rachel, we will explore the key actions necessary to practice standing postures safely and effectively. We will explore the actions of the hips in foundational poses such as warrior II so that you can learn to do these poses optimally for your own body. Note: We recommend using a block for this practice.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Thank you! Wonderful instructions. I was finally able to go a little deeper into Warrior 2; I had no idea my hips/pelvis were so out of alignment. I will use these tips going forward. My body feels great right now!
