In this class, Guy offers a practice that will encourage you to practice focusing on a specific aspect of each pose, with the aim of developing your ability to stay attentive and clear in daily life.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.
