This intermediate yin/yang practice with Josh is 30 minutes of flow and 20 minutes of gentle relaxation. It's a great way to wind down your day with a good stretch and some mindful relaxation. Note: You will need two blocks for this class. A bolster is optional.

I don't like to try new instructors so I saw Josh on here and just thought I would never take his class- very irrational! I ended up taking it today and Josh- you are amazing! I love this class. Thank you. I love the flow in the beginning that transitioned to yin. I also find the metaphor of the telescope incredibly helpful! That is a great metaphor and I'm sure it's helped a lot of people. Cheers to trying new things!

Amazing instructor, I take all of Josh's classes no matter what level. Amazing class, perfect for the weekend, have extra time and get the stretch in and really relax. Everyone should give this class a try, perfect for all levels.

This is my 1st class with Josh--wow! He is an excellent addition to the DYWM community. His energy, language, and explanations are just spot on and so reassuring. I noticed myself smiling a lot, and I feel so calm and rejunevnated now. Fabulous. I can't wait until next time. Namaste.

My second time with this practice. I really love this one. More practices like this one where there is an active section and a yin section would be wonderful. Josh has a nice calming voice. I believe he is a new teacher to DYWM and he is a great addition to the group.

That was an amazing class. Exactly what I needed and was looking for. Between my weight training days I look for yoga classes that will get my blood moving in a gentle yet invigorating way. This class provided that. I especially appreciate the intentional stretching at the end. Thank you :)
