Flow to Slow
This intermediate yin/yang practice with Josh is 30 minutes of flow and 20 minutes of gentle relaxation. It's a great way to wind down your day with a good stretch and some mindful relaxation. Note: You will need two blocks for this class. A bolster is optional.

I heard myself utter 'ooof' during the last two twists as my back cracked mercifully along the way. I am a regular practitioner and see myself at the upper intermediate level, but this well-rounded practice gives you what you need like no other and well worth the hour you spend on the mat.
