Flow to Slow
This intermediate yin/yang practice with Josh is 30 minutes of flow and 20 minutes of gentle relaxation. It's a great way to wind down your day with a good stretch and some mindful relaxation. Note: You will need two blocks for this class. A bolster is optional.

Even though my yoga practice is more advanced, I find this practice calming and focuses especially after a migraine. Please have more of these types of flows.
