Not only will this sequence help you develop more fluidity in your movement, it will also help to open the ribcage for more freedom and expansion in breathing, along with providing a welcome release for muscles of the back, shoulders and neck.

This might be marked Beginner, but the instructions and tips help at all levels, to get just a little more twist or stretch. I broke a sweat working on my alignment. Great class.

This is an excellent all-round spine stretch. Rachel's pace is perfect here: not too fast-paced but not too slow or too "talky" either. Both I and my partner enjoyed this class very much.

I really enjoyed the stretching aspect of the class. I am fairly new to yoga and still learning how to pace myself within each class I try. This is my second try with this particular yoga class and I found the pace much more manageable. I think I am getting more into yoga / poses / stretching so that I can participate more fully.

Challenging but doable! I love classes that push me to my edge. That is when I really grow. Instructions were very helpful and I felt great afterward!

I love all of Rachel's classes but this one was particularly nice. If you don't have time for the 55 minutes, bookmark and save for later! Very worth it!
