You never cease to amaze me with your creativity and joie de vive, Christa....and it's infectious. This was (I'm pretty sure) a very challenging class, but it never felt that way because of you. I feel renewed and am absolutely vibrating. What a great way to end of the work week. Namaste.

As always, Fiji gives us a challenging and soothing practice in a short period of time. While not as vigorous as some of her others, I still feel like my body has been utilized today. My mind is at ease. Namaste.
