After these class i feel my emotions coming up. Everything is how it is. Thanks for bringing so much more into u classes than just poses.

A beautiful class from start to finish! I loved the slower pace of the class, which allowed for truly feeling the poses. I loved the incorporation of dhyana mudra. Also, the controlled breathing during savasana was the icing on the cake! Thanks, Crista, for another wonderful class!!
Powerful practice. So safe with closed eyes, and deepening for body sensations. Loved the shoulder stand - fish - savasana - meditation closure. Feeling so mellowed-out and regenerated now.

Amazing. This class is a revelation. I haven’t felt this relaxed after a yoga class in years. Wow.

Loved this practice! I didn’t want it to end. Crista also has great cueing (cuing?) which helps during the closed gaze section.
