I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I only feel this in my shoulders. I've tried bringing my knees back further, reaching the hips back, having elbows touching...do you have any suggestions? Raising the height of the cushion beneath the elbows brings it more into the lats, but I'm still not feeling my triceps.

This is actually a great shoulder and lat stretch! Often if those areas are really tight we have to get past that tension first to feel the more subtle tricep stretch. You can try sliding the the elbows on the cusion farther forward rather than pulling back, that will bring the intention more into lengthening the tricep.
