I love Krista's classes, her sequences are great and her style is fun. I just wish there were a bit more warm up before we dig in.
This was awesome, loved the longer flow sequences with several challenging poses - left me eager to do each sequence on the other side! Challenging and rewarding, I'll revisit this class over again.
