  • I would put this in the advance category.. Short and sweet but I couldn't do 2 of the poses.

  • One of my favorite classes. Lots of good stretching and release. Sweat level is moderate. Feel amazing afteward.

  • Great faster paced vinyasa flow.

  • WOW! I feel so strong and energized after this class. She does firefly pose (i'm getting better at it!), teddy bear head stand, crow, and some other poses. I can already tell that I'm getting strong and can't wait to improve.

  • Felt this in my entire body, especially shoulders and neck (needed that!). Plenty of challenge with headstands. Will definitely do this one again.

  • Phew! That made me sweat. Very challenging and awesome. I could do all the poses but they were challenging and stretching.

  • Lots of room for improvement for me. Need some strength to get into the side flying pose. And need to work on flexibility to get it the runners stretch twist.

  • Definitely more advanced. Cannot do dragonfly pose (crazy pose!) but will continue to improve.

  • Great class to keep trying to mark my improvement. Side crow, headstand, and some other great advanced poses. I'm getting stronger! The class is a little fast though so I paused a lot when trying the poses.

  • That was a workout! Vigorous with pushups, jumping, several eagle poses, and a very relaxing sivasana with chirping birds.

  • I love this class. My whole body feels stronger and more open. While this class doesn't have any arm balances or poses that I've been working toward, it's a fast flow with plenty of challenge. Anthony would love this after a run or row.
