In this challenging intermediate class, Crista shows you how to use prithvi mudra, the earth mudra, and bhu mudra, the mother earth mudra, to find stability and groundedness in poses like side crow and dragonfly. Honor the earth's ability to nourish and support us in a class that can be done as a stand-alone or as part of Crista's 14-day challenge: The Elements.

So much fun!!I loved the jumping legs together while clapping and jumping legs and arms wide apart, made me smile every time. Also, this was my first time trying dragonfly fly pose which I really enjoyed as well. The practice went by very fast!
