Wow! Bookmarking this one. I have been needing fire in my practice. Lots to aim for here, and plenty of room for modification. My body and mind feel noticeably lighter.

I've been doing this challenge off and on for a few weeks, and I was putting this class off. The "Advanced" made me nervous, since I usually do Intermediate II-III at most! My bird of paradise was a little bit wilted and I had to laugh at my flailing during some of the boat pose/ ab work section, but otherwise I was really happy at how accessible and delightful this practice was. Christa is easy to follow, upbeat, encouraging and a little silly. I know now I can trust her to meet me where I am, even when it's (gasp) "Advanced." Thank you!!

Lovely, lovely flow, and I quite enjoyed peeing dog at fire hydrant! Wonderful stretches, and lots of moving and core work, too. All your classes are fun, but I always wonder how you manage to memorize the sequences so well, because they last quite long before you move to the other side ^_^ which is great for us, but more work for you? Thanks, Christa!

What a fun and challenging class. I loved the deep leg and hip stretches, this class really heated my body and that special breathing at the end, cooled me down. I will use that again :)

Great class, definitely felt the heat rising within. I've learned that nauli kria should be only performed first thing in the morning with a completely empty stomach, I have attempted once in this class but it did not feel good as I already had something to eat and drink today. Any thoughts on that? Thank you for another beautiful class!

Hi there, thanks for asking! I was also taught that the ideal time to do Nauli Kriya is first thing in the morning, but I think there is benefit to doing it at other times, as well, as long as it feels good in your body. Always listen to your body- if it doesn't feel good for you, don't do it! I completely agree that it is always a good idea to refrain from doing any kind of yoga right after a big meal, especially Nauli Kriya!

Perfect for a Friday morning, especially a cold and rainy one. Got me warmed up and excited for the day and weekend to come! Also, didn't feel too advanced to me as someone who usually just does intermediate practices.
