I loved when we incorporate mudras and chanting, is there a good chant to pair with this -- either at certain times or at the end?

Not my favorite of this series, although I've loved the Elements practices up until now. I found I was looking up at the screen to understand your instructions every few minutes, which became a little distracting.

Also, how are you doing those belly rolls? Either I'm missing something, or my body just doesn't do that.

It is amaing how diverse we are as students and teachers! Some classes speak so clearly to us and what we need, while others do not. I am happy the series overall has been something meaningful to you. The belly rolls are very hard to wrap your mind around and honestly it does, like everything else, take some practice. Just reconnecting our mind to our belly to ask it to move, is something we must relearn. Keep trying!
