This yoga challenge is designed gives anyone working at a desk a quick, effective, daily yoga break. Yoga can clear the mind, make you more efficient and focused and relieve stress, tension and tightness.
The daily class progression offers a wide variety for all levels of students, moving from shorter, more gentle classes to sequences that are a little more challenging and require a bit more space. Let us know if you have any comments or suggestions by commenting below.
