4-Week Yoga at Work Challenge

Beginner/Intermediate | 4 Weeks | 1 class/day


This yoga challenge is designed gives anyone working at a desk a quick, effective, daily yoga break. Yoga can clear the mind, make you more efficient and focused and relieve stress, tension and tightness.

The daily class progression offers a wide variety for all levels of students, moving from shorter, more gentle classes to sequences that are a little more challenging and require a bit more space. Let us know if you have any comments or suggestions by commenting below.

To join: If you already have a subscription, you may start the challenge by clicking on the classes below or by signing up for inbox delivery. If you are not a subscriber, choose an option on the right to enter the challenge - $20 to just do this challenge (that you can access forever), or a subscription that auto-renews for $10/month or $99/year.

I am interested in chair yoga classes. I used to take at the Y but can't now because of the coronavirus.

I want to try this Challenge, and noticed that practices for Day 4 and Day 6 aren't included. Are there practices planned for those days? Or am I missing some instructions for this Challenge? Thanks for your help.
