Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

This is a full strength class, I am going to keep it as a couple-times-per-week. There is a queue forming of those of us waiting for the series coming mid Feb, per the Forum! Melissa you are right, that strength training supports many forms of confidence. Thank you for your work.
