Yoga for Anxiety: Playfulness
Anxiety can reduce one's ability to let go and play! In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be exploring the theme of play and having fun in our practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Thank you for this enjoyable practice! I always learn something new in Melissa's classes. I loved the permission to play around with how to do child's pose. I was always taught it had to be done one way and I found it uncomfortable and sometimes painful. After this class, I have found a modification that works better for me and now see how this can be a resting pose.
I always appreciate Melissa's attitude and approach. A lovely "reminder" practice on how to approach yoga and... life, really.
We were just saying "I think we need some Melissa Yoga tonight" and we were not disappointed. Namaste :)
