Dear Melissa you are an absolute delight! I’m so sorry to hear you have been through an anxious period, if we assume that out of confusion and darkness comes light, growth and transformation then you are a living breathing example of that. You are so authentic and your humour and friendliness are contagious. Happened upon this class this evening feeling a bit low myself and you have fully cheered me up and made me smile. Thank you, I loved it.

THANK YOU Melissa. Great to be reminded the movements can be fun, just for my pleasure without need to try so hard to get it just right! A lovely way to start my day.

I did a Zoom class with Melissa and loved what we did in the practice, and was so disappointed that I was unable to go back to it and do it again - but here it is! This practice is very similar to what I remember from the Zoom class - thank you so much for creating this! Melissa, you're my favorite :)

I’ve never giggled so much in a class before. I see some playful moves here that I will incorporate. I love how you keep reminding us that it is our practice and our bodies. This is one of the reasons I’m attending your salt spring retreat.

This is a fun class! Melissa's laughter while I was trying to get my brain and body to work out some new poses was a great reminder that we are here to enjoy the moment.

Thanks so much for a wonderful series! The leaning on the inside of foot line and big toe was helpful for fallen triangle and reminiscent of going uphill in cross country skiing. All three classes are delightful!
