This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Thank you Melissa this was a perfect class today. I have had vertigo for the pass couple of days and have been missing my daily practice. Do Yoga With Me is an amazing site, somehow I always find a practice that my mind and body needs. 🙏
