Why am I incorporating weights now in my mat work? Bc I brought my weights into my home office rather than my home yoga room, so I do it 2x/wk. And I just do what Melissa says here and in the other two vids in the series. I feel stronger, more embodied, and frankly a little more strength gives a spring to my step. Brava Melissa, always. Good addition, DYWM.

What a great series. Be careful with those weights around your bare feet everyone!
