Adding strength training to your yoga is a great way to build up strength and capacity. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Start with this class to learn the basics of strength training! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of the Yoga4Strength series.
